Real Estate Appraisers Licensure Examination Released

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Bureau of Trade Regulation and Consumer Protection under Dir. Victorio Mario Dimagiba announced yesterday that 64 out of 112 or 57.14 percent passed the real estate appraisers licensure examination given by the Board of Examiners for Real Estate Brokers in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu and Davao on Oct. 5, 2008.

The members of the Board of Examiners for Real Estate Appraisers who gave the licensure examination were Dir. Victorio Mario Dimagiba chairman; assistant director Jaime Olmos, Wilfredo DC. Manzon and Albert Mercado, members.

Successful examinees should personally register and secure their license from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

The oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees as well as those who have not taken their Oath of Professional will be held before the Board on Thursday, Oct. 16, from 1 p.m. to p.m. at the Manila Hotel.
